By accessing and using Audiofy's text-to-speech services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Audiofy provides an online text-to-speech conversion service that transforms written text into natural-sounding audio files using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

Service Features: Text input, file upload, URL extraction, multiple languages, voice customization, and high-quality audio generation.

User Obligations

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Generate audio content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Create content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
Use the service to generate spam or automated content for malicious purposes

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit for conversion. You warrant that you have the right to use all submitted content and that such use does not violate any third-party rights.

Service Limitations

Usage Limits

Maximum 10,000 characters per conversion request
File upload limit of 10MB for document processing
Fair usage policy applies to prevent service abuse
Rate limiting may be applied to ensure service availability

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Audiofy service, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Audiofy. This includes our algorithms, software, designs, and trademarks.

Generated Content

You retain ownership of the original text content you provide. The generated audio files are provided for your use, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the underlying text content.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Data Security: We do not store your text content permanently. All processing is done in memory and data is automatically deleted after conversion.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the generated audio content.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Audiofy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Audiofy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
